About Sol Emotion
At the heart of our practice is a commitment to providing evidence-based mental health services to those living in North Dakota. Sol Emotion Therapy provides services for individuals 18 years and older. Skilled in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic tools to provide the most effective support for clients. At Sol Emotion Therapy, we use a trauma-informed approach to recognize how each individual’s experiences shape their response to adversity. When we understand the impact of our experiences, therapy offers tools and support to help an individual adapt and move forward. To offer flexibility and meet clients where they are at, Sol Emotion Therapy provides only telehealth therapy services at this time.

Individual therapy involves meeting one-on-one with a clinician. An initial intake will be completed at a client’s first therapy session to gain a better understanding of symptoms, history, and goals. After intake, sessions will be scheduled based on a client’s individual needs and goals. Individual therapy sessions can be scheduled for 45 or 60 minutes.
Individual Therapy
Group therapy provides a therapeutic space for individuals to connect with others. The facilitator provides psychoeducation, coping skills, and fosters a sense of connection throughout group therapy. Group therapy is an effective treatment modality and improves outcomes for individuals. Group therapy details are shared directly with registered members to ensure privacy. Frequently Asked Questions
At this time, we are in the process of being credentialed by Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Sanford. We will continue to work on credentialing with other commercial insurance providers.
Insurance
Therapy appointments will be billed to insurance. The cost of services depends on the length of appointment, insurance plan, and if an individual’s deductible has been met. Self-pay is also an option. Contact us for more information involving options for self-pay.
Cost
Confidentiality is a vital piece of the therapeutic process. Limitations for confidentiality occur to keep clients and those who are vulnerable safe. Limitations to confidentiality will be discussed during the initial intake appointment.
